"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient.
The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon.
Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole...

"I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was no prior notice about this. Despite the ongoing construction, the room rates were still charged on the high side at RM400++ per night, without any facilities or breakfast included.
The constant noise from the renovation made it extremely uncomfortable to rest. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. I requested to change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were fully booked.
For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it until the renovations are fully completed and service quality improves."
