"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated. "

"This hotel was really nice clean and staff was amazing nothing to much trouble they was so helpful, the only thing was the restaurant, we booked a table in the restaurant on the Friday night and had fish and chips, the Fish was Cod but was small and gray and the batter was soggy, I know they boost the restaurant for steak but they need to up the game on the fish, we also had a few light meals off the menu and they was brilliant could not fault them, I don't think MPW would put his name to that...
