"We had a lovely stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming.
The only downside was the aircon wasn’t great but we were supplied a fan instead.

"Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise.
Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

"It was OK. Bed was comfy but the room could have done with a proper deep clean. Bathroom although seemingly clean on surface smelt like wee and we had blood on our curtains (we didn’t see this until the morning) - we would have asked to have moved rooms if spotted when we checked in. We were just in a rush at check in to drop bags and get to a concert. Location is good."

"Underwhelming hotel for the price point and not well maintained. If you're looking for a Beatles experience, you can skip this one. AC was not working in our room during the recent heat wave and there was no alternative solution. We checked out a day early to another hotel as we were not given any sort of compensation if we toughed it out another night."

"Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air.
Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that.

"Very basic room despite staying in a ‘luxury suite’. You can tell it’s a hotel for stag/hen dos by the rooms. Needs lots of work doing, carpets stained, holes in floor, unpleasant smell in room on arrival and throughout stay. The smell of the room put me off the hotel altogether, damp mouldy and fusty. The room key failed on us 4 times but staff at reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up was nice. Based on the negatives, I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again"
