I was disappointed in the price point compared to the overall service received. I'd stayed at Mousai in Puerto Vallarta where I booked the Ultra Corner Suite and thought the service would be the same. I felt no different than guests at the other hotels on the property despite having a "Butler" . It was a challenge getting rides, bar service and other things during my stay.

My wife and I hadn't been at an all exclusive for at least 10 years following multiple disappointing 5 star experiences. We decided to give Hotel Mousai a try for a short 5 day trip to wind off and get away from our kids. We were overwhelmed by the quality of everything Mousai has to offer. Room was great, staff was great, rooftop terrace was amazing with a nice chill vibe, NOI restaurant serves premium food and drinks. Other guests were respectful and quiet but still ready to have fun. You cannot go wrong at Mousai and we will definitely go back.

Pool is horrible very small. Got the the hotel and i was surprised that it was not all exclusive. They make me bay extra 2200 dollars for me and my wife. Paid the extra 2200 dollars and then i was charged for every drink i had. Drinks are not even included in the all exclusive package. Do not reserve at this hotel.

Dissapointing

This place was okay, but tiny little fixable details just kept dragging it down to the point that I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Their little iPad controllers in the rooms barely work, and with no physical controls on the walls you are left without crucial things like fans so we were waking up in a pool of our own sweat every morning. We had to cover 10 different little blinking lights all over the room at night. Staff linger in your room when delivering food to the point you have to tell them to leave. Staff told us one price multiple times, only to be uncharged by nearly 100% for things like the spa. The hotel called one of the scam cartel taxis that cost 150 dollars for a short trip for us. Even had a firework lit in my face by a waiter at dinner for my birthday without warning. Inhaling a bunch of toxic firework exhaust was not what I ordered for dinner. We had fun regardless. Just a bunch of really silly things that could easily be fixed. Its new development, so plenty of time to improve
