"Marco and Esmeralda were both very welcoming and helpful with information about our stay. The location was great for walking everywhere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only comment from me is that one of the reasons I chose this place was because of the option for 2 twin beds, however on arrival was told that is only a request not a guarantee. It was fine because my son and I were able to share a bed and appreciated having our own private bathroom. The booking should be more transparent...

"A high rating for a BARE BONES room with simple decor and no tv because of the location and price. It is right next to the bus stop, people mover, and water taxi. A little market to buy water/groceries is nearby too. Ideal location for cruisers with big bags and those who are fine with the very basics who want to stay in Venice. The breakfast was simple and sufficient to start the day. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The staff was friendly. "

"Perfect location next to the train station if you are only popping in Venice. We had a view room to a canal and bridge which was a perfect start to an Italian trip. Worth the extra. Room was small but clean with large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and had both eggs and fruit… not just pastries. I would stay in this view suite again. "

The young lady at the desk helped us to find all we were hoping to check off of our list of things to accomplish. The room was very plush and offered several appointments, in terms of toiletries and such. I would select this hotel over and over again. "
