"Bad experience. Un expected. First day check in my room doesnt have switch socket outlet. Got old one. Burnt. But luckily can change to another room. Air conditioning cold but very old and disaapointed. Next time maybe i must think two or three times if want to bring my family for staying there."

"Bad. Worst hotel stay that I had in Malaysia. Have cockroaches; TV without functionable remote control and noisy due near to tram track. The most unacceptable event was the front desk took my ID and Credit Card out of my sight to their main office for more than 10 minutes for the purpose on photocopying these documents for their verification purposes with my booking with Hotels.com. I am considering canceling this Credit Card to avoid possible scam transaction."
