"Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and the staff were all excellent too. We will definitely be back!"

The hash browns were very hard, with scrambled eggs of poor quality. The bacon and sausages were to tough and chewy . The mushrooms were poor quality. Overall not worthy"

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"

"Hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed, but that didn't impact is at all. Great location, rooms are clean and large, staff was really helpful. Not handicap accessible, as there were several small flights of stairs, which is common in Europe."

"I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"We had two rooms and both were amazing with comfortable beds. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very tasty. It’s also a quick walk to the station that takes you to London. I strongly recommend this hotel."
