Berkshire Hotels with Gyms

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "

"What an amazing experience we had at the Hilton Reading. Jana snd the reception staff ensured our stay to celebrate my Dads 80th Birthday was absolutely perfect. We had 7 rooms for the weekend. Jana had arranged balloons and cake in my parent’s suite. The restaurant staff were superb too, great service, with a seating plan and delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel. "Great venue value for money . But breakfast was a real let down . Had the potential to be good , presented well but actually awful - overcooked , cold and left un replenished early on in the breakfast session on a Sunday . Not worth £18 per person at all . "
