"Property is a bit worn and needs a refresh, but the staff were very nice, and the room was definitely clean. Pillows on the bed were lumpy, the pool was closed for maintenance, no drinking water in the bedroom, extractor fan in bathroom not working, Breakfast was good, although machine coffee is always a let down. At least have the offer and tea made by someone who can make a decent latte."

"Clean room and cannot comment on amenities and breakfast as did not get to use. Room was small and no air con so very hot. When we arrived large wasp was in the room and took reception almost an hour to send housekeeping (this was at 9:30Pm). Hotel very busy and no water in room."

"The food in the Main Hotel was amazing. We stayed in the castle and the room was big and spacious. Check in time is very late. The Castle unless in restaurant times there was nowhere like a simple shop to be able to get a simple drink without having to go over to the main Resort."
