"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"Traveling as a family of 5 (with 3 young kids) makes hotel bookings a challenge. The Zedwell Cocoon 8 room solves this problem. It was quiet and dark and the beds were super comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night so the fact that the room is squishy with no window didn't bother us. The air conditioner and ventilation is strong. It would be nice if there was space to put luggage/belongings besides from the floor, but we can't have it all and be so centrally located."
