"The location is very good as it is walking distance to many eateries in the old town area, as well as express bus station. But the hotel is generally overpriced with its ageing and seeming lac of maintenance, although the room that I stay on 6th floor is relatively bigger. The wifi is not reliable as during my stay for one night, it broken twice. Compared to the Street View Hotel I used to stay during my past trip, Muar 99 is considered a disappointment and not value for money. "

"The hotel was officially opened a week before our stay. The rooms are clean, good view if the ocean and good night sleep. We stayed at the club floor and enjoyed the finger foods & drinks. Friendly, helpful staffs."
