Car parking a breeze. Checkin easy and very friendly. Room clean and spacious and not so old as some report. Internet simple and fast. However there was constant hammering during the night 12am to 3am. When I finally called reception he said he would check and call me back. Surprisingly the hammering ceased immediately but he never called back. This incident spoilt what was an enjoyable stay but I will not exclude this hotel from future stays in Melaka.

My son and me almost drowned in a swimming pool. The pool has 4 section, 3ft,4ft,6ft & 8ft. The 3ft and 6ft section only separated by one floating line, suddenly drop from 3ft to 6ft, very very terrible. And no pool attendant.

Lovely find 10 mjns walk from Jonkers
Excellent staff, friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and shower was hot. The breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the offtering. I was impressed with it and would definitely recommend and return

Room corridors too dark for family with children. Room have little lights. Curtains not clean. Grout on tiles not clean. Our room was next to lift, we can hear the lift going up & down. Carpark limited. Lvl 3 carpark only have 1 lift. Lobby single sofas is smelly & unkept. Staffs missing during breakfast at 0930 am. No one check us in during that time. Staff left the egg station, a guest was still keen for egg dish. Chef went out & took food when guest is still around. So unprofessional.
