Mattress seem old, too soft and not firm, very uncomfortable to sleep. Bed sheet was very old and has turned yellowish. Shower was good. Provides drinking water with water filter. Asked for laundry bag but was given a small trash bag. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, not very satisfied with my stay in Ibis Hotel.

Property was in a convenient location just a short walk to Jonker Market area. Nice pool area and clean property. Breakfast buffet was offerings were lacking.
