"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"We enjoyed the hospitality from the entrance to check-in, the different restaurants to choose from and the cleanliness of the room. The heat/cool control of the temperature was interesting. The Haunted Tour gave insight of the ship and our imaginations made it fun. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. The room was dark and I didn’t like it. However they have a nice pool on the roof top, and the hotel was really clean."

"At check in they gave me the keys to a room someone was already in. I walked in on someone. It was a very awkward situation that I wasn't very happy with. That encounter could have been dangerous. The place is nice I've stayed twice already free valet, clean rooms, nice price. But that mix up was annoying."
