"Great location! right across from the water bus and lido station Front Desk and Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we checked in late they had the key waiting for us on the front desk, easily helped us finish check in the next morning. Sent directions for us to get in. Helped us with a map of Venice to get around. breakfast was very yummy, so attentive cute little patio Only thing was the shower was very small tight definitely one person shower. I will definitely stay...
