"The place is not too close to transportation, but it is quiet, comfortable, easy check in with physical person, and offer coin washer and dryer which is nice. The space for the value is extremely good. Lots of space for family of 4 or 5 in one room. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights. It's a nice hotel with a 7 mins bus ride to the Kyoto station. 17 mins if you prefer to walk. The bus stop is 1 minute from the hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel."

"Very basic hotel bordering on a Homestay rather than a hotel. Room was comfortable and we appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine. Close to Kyoto station so transportation was great. The area was nice and quiet - in a neighborhood but many food options in the station and of course 7/11 nearby. Towel changing was a bit inconvenient if you woke up late and missed the 10 am cutoff.
