"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes...

"Room is very spacious, staff are very welcoming and attentive, loving the birthday deco and the helium balloons provided, the hand written wishes on the glass table was so sweet & thoughtful. Water pressure on hand bidet and sink faucet was really strong but shower head water pressure is not strong, please fix it. Room is clean, but smells a little musty could be from damp carpet or something. Aircond was working fine but the temperature control was locked and we couldnt adjust the temperature...
