Person managing is responsive but not unit
Check in staff is friendly and responsive but unit not ideal. Neighbours play loud music early in morning, wall is thin such that can hear neighbour alarm clock, although at top floor, knocking and renovation start at surrounding after 8am, road noise from truck also hearable. As unit is studio, no walls for room, blinds in unit is missing/not installed, light shone in after 8am. Lastly, the charges for unit is nearly 50% to fees and taxes whereas other units is only less than $10, this will greatly reduced your reaards nights for redemption and it takes 20 - 30 mins at least to drive to KSL Mall. Food choices is limited to the restaurant at level 5 and another by road side outside condo

Thank for your comment, we will look into this matter and inform building management start early at 8am, suppose after 10am. For the blind really apologize its broken during cleaning same day you check in so we dont have enough time to buy and replace.

No want sent us how to check in. They claim they no have my hp number yet expedia cantext me. Key need to collect a dsitance away from the entrance of apartememt. Heater not working and balcony floor paint all peeling out. Can i ask for a refund.

The apartment was probably vacant for sometime so the stuffiness and dusts were very obvious. We had to do a little mopping ourselves to remove those things. It would have been better if the bed sheets were replaced and the space aired prior to the day of our check in. The toilet on the 2nd bedroom had a leaking sink. The neighbor above us was really loud between 12 midnight and 3 am. Otherwise the place is pleasant for our stay.

Pleasant stay overall.
Pros: Quite clean apartment. Facilities working fine. Affordable and good price. Cons: Pillow too soft and flat. Location not that ideal for big group , with no nearby mall or shop houses to go for supper etc.

Everything was good. Reasonable price.Check in was straight forward. Just that the aircon smell but lucky they provide fan too.Overall we had a good stay. Might come back if we going to johor to stay.

For security reasons, the check-in process were quite complex but not difficult. It did have a James Bond vibe to it XD Nevertheless, warm hosts despite we only communicated via Whatsapp throughout our 4d3n stay. The room is spacious, clean, and complete. You'll never find other homestay like this where they provide all the necessities from tea to condoms and make ups - very thoughtful of the hosts. The room is cheerful with Unicorn-themed items and decorations. Location-wise, it's very near to convenience store and food stalls. Also there is a musolla nearby so Muslims can hear the call for prayer. The only downside for us was that the refrigerator was not cold enough for my EBM. Otherwise, the place is awesome. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

Mar 2019 Family Retreat @JB
Our Family Retreat to Jb from 22-24 Mar was satisfyingly filled with shopping, makan & bonding. The nice, new & affordable residential apartments (2 units of 3-bedrooms each) provided comfort for our family bonding! Just one suggestion though: one card access isn’t enough bcos families may hv different activities such as kids go swimming & adults went out to buy food. Pls do consider hard to provide at least 2 cards per unit. Thanks!
