"We had the best time during our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with direct beach access that made the experience even more special. The surroundings are stunning, and everything was so well maintained.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Nayyali and Martin, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was truly amazing.
The food was delicious with great variety, and every meal was a pleasure....

"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"Absolutely lovely little place would recommend to anyone heading to Tulum to use this property there's a huge beach one side a short walk away and another further up by jaguar park with the myan ruins. Tye first one is closer tho and still has plenty to offer. Loved our stay. "

"Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible.
Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay."
