"This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!"

"My daughter and I stayed here for a week for a much needed vacation. The bungalows were cozy and the beaches were beautiful. Great location too. The food at the restaurant was decent. My favorite dish was the Tuna Wontons. Yum!! But what really stood out for me was the staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My daughter ended up getting sick while we were there and the staff went out of their way to help me take care of her. From running into town for me to go pick up medications, to wrapping up food from the restaurant to take back to the room for her, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It can be pretty scary to try to care for a loved one while in a foreign country and without transportation. But they all were so helpful and supportive that I didn’t feel scared or alone during that time. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, Alito crew! You made the whole experience a very positive one, when it definitely could have gone way differently. 10 out of 10 in my book!"

"The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite."

"New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!"
