"The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

"Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom"

"The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum. Also the government wants to charge you every day you enter the hotel property?"

"We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

"The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. "Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me."
