"Beautiful Property beautiful location, wonderful staff. We stayed in one of their most expensive and beautiful rooms, but without being said our spa never worked correctly throughout the entire week we were there. They apologized and had technicians repeatedly but instead of just replacing equipment they just fiddled with it. The spa was a highlight and a reason that we picked that particular unit."

"Really lovely hotel and staff. I arrived in a mood. My suitcase was busted. My Airbnb had turned out to be crap. Juan greeted me in the driveway with a smile and a cool drink. They took care of my bags. I was shown to a very clean and comfortable room in moments. Staff came around to clean daily. Staying at the Kimpton was just the reset I needed."

"We booked the Sky Villa and it was magical! Azulik staff were proactive and taking care of us before we even left the US. The restaurants are expensive, but the stay was a dream. I definitely recommend if you're someone who truly enjoys peace. We had the jungle in our front yard and the ocean in the back. We had such a beautiful room but slept on the day bead every night. Had ocean views from the shower - watching the sun rise. 😍😍 We loved everything about it! "

"This was my second time staying at Mezzanine and I can say that I’d stay there again and again! Such a beautiful, quiet space with amazing staff. Felt so relaxed and comfortable here. You also can’t beat the view and proximity to the ocean! I’ll be back again someday. "

"This is an amazing place. The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours. After park hours, you can keep your wristband. There are some great restaurants down the beach and the restaurant at the beach club is good. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. We loved the beach club and the beach itself is beautiful with nice clean fine white sand. There is a lot of seaweed at times in the water. The room was small but the cleaning was excellent with different ‘towel animals’ every day. There are free shuttles in the park to get to the ruins and museum. I would definitely recommend it. "
