"Excellent stay at this ryokan! The staff speak excellent English and are extremely service minded. They made our family feel welcome. The hotel is located on a steep hilltop but shuttle service to train station is provided frequently and can be scheduled in advance. "The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). "Although theres no restaurant in the hotel, you can order some frozen stuffs that u can heat in the kitchen which i initially was not excited about. Great hotel nice view
"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."
