The place is maintained well, the facilities are clean, the breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the hot springs were excellent. The staff members were all very helpful and responsive too. The stay started badly when staff first showed us a better room, then came back saying it was a mistake and moved us to another room after we put our stuff in already, which felt very unprofessional. The food was honestly terrible, especially dinner. For a ryokan, the quality was far below expectations, and the seafood did not feel fresh at all.
