"Though the building is a little older and could use some improvements, the staff were so accommodating and so kind. They go out of their way to help you. The hotel restaurant had great food and the onsen was really nice. The futons could be a little nicer, but weren’t uncomfortable. Good location too"

"Older style ryokan definitely kept the old style, a great experience that I think the newer hotels wouldn’t give you. Great views of the lake, only a 5 minute walk around the corner to see Mt Fuji!"
