"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "the private onsen with mountain view was amazing and breathtaking. i would definitely return to this hotel if i come back in the future. the staff were all friendly and very well trained and breakfast and dinner served were both delicious and a unique experience. the amenities are all in good condition too in the public onsen. room was incredibly spacious and well maintained. it was a very positive experience.
