"The rooms are stuffy and have insects. It’s impossible to get Ubers to come here easily so wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have a car. The chocolate workshop is pouring melting chocolate into a mould and a quiz for the rest of the time - would not recommend it. The kids safari vehicle is great but the route is unsafe as cars come on the route and there’s not a safe distance for them to pass without ending up in a ditch."

"The air conditioning was really poor and if you are expecting the equivalent of the Disney Grand Californian it is not, but it was the least expensive option with AC and the pool was a hit with my kids."

"I appreciated having a free shuttle from airport to hotel but when travelling with four family members and four large suitcases/backpacks, getting a taxi is a better option. Although the swing and small amusement park as you walk in is attractive for families with young kids it’s a negative to those guests who are tired and stressed from travel and don’t want to listen to a lot of kids screaming, yelling, and running, etc.."

"Great sized rooms with small kitchenette which was very handy. There was even a launderette just near reception. Some free games to entertain the children at reception and would recommend the buffet breakfast, very good value particularly for the children. The car park to the side of the hotel is free on Sundays but the hotel underground car park is 11 euros per day. Helpful note for the car park it’s very tight with a roof box on but is do able.
