"J ai pris une chambre depuis l’appli et quand je suis arrivé devant l’hôtel, il était fermé, j’ai appelé au numéro affiché sur la porte et la personne m’a répondu qu’il n’était pas possible d’accéder à la chambre tant que l’hôtel était fermé. J’ai voulu annuler la réservation mais impossible « réservation non remboursable ». Epuisé, je suis parti à un autre hôtel alors que ma chambre est restée vide."
