The Best Stay ever. Anniversary surprise for my partner, we had a great time. Room was excellent, reception team very kind and attentioned. Good WiFi, great bathroom and amenities (slippers to take away are very nice!). The spa pool was nice and relatively quiet. Princess meetup was incredible! Jasmine is my partner’s favourite and added to the stay. Quit expensive but worth it for special occasions.

Room was good sized cute amenities (but also could have bring more water to the room for 4 people 1 bottle of 500ml is not enoght )But it is over paid The room service is truly terrible and expensive Good things : The staff is really nice and caring Beautiful decore Easy access to the park Have vale parking with a smile Many things to do in the hotel itself for kids Comfy beds but not a place worth the 2300$ a night I paid for 2 adults 2 kids no breakfast .

We had an amazing stay with my family. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was unbeatable. We decided to upgrade to a superior family deluxe room to check in right away, and the spaciousness was a great bonus. The double beds were queen-sized, comfortably accommodating me and three other adults. There was also a sofa bed that was under the tv incase if we needed another bed. We enjoyed the lounge, where we could take water and cappuccinos to go. The complimentary items in the fridge were a nice touch, and we loved having coffee and tea available in our room. The room came with a pillow menu and also had a beautiful patio view. The next time we visit Disneyland in Paris, we will definitely stay here again and hopefully will be able to score a castle club room upgrade.

An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited.

Wonderful stay at The Disneyland hotel. The biggest perk is definitely being so close to the parks, with a private entrance into Magic Kingdom. We ate at both restaurants in the hotel, and both were outstanding

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and a relaxed vibe. Great access to the park. Brilliant opportunity for character meets. The pool and leisure facilities were spotless and very well equipped and very quiet during the daytime. We moved to another Disney hotel and the hotel took care of moving our luggage for us.
