The main pro is it is one of the least expensive Disney hotels to get early entry and get ahead of the crowds. Bad thing is that there are no elevators. That makes it harder if you have heavy luggage.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the area was quiet. It was inconvenient having the area near the hotel blocked off, making it harder to get to and the hotel reception could be more clearly signposted for those who are walking from the river/Cheyenne side. It was also surprising that there were no USB/UK sockets in the rooms considering the Cheyenne rooms do offer these but the staff at the info desk gave me an adapter with a 20 Euro deposit. I initially looked in the Trading Post shop, which apparently had the 'essentials' but it didn't look that way to me, mostly just more Disney merchandise. Overall, a nice stay.

The room was really dirty and dusty, the housekeeping was not done everyday. Towels where changed only once. Massive property with only 3 coffee machine and the nearest to us was very far. Long queue to leave your luggage.

The property inside the rooms and buildings are dated, damaged and needs replacing. Walls with holes in them, paper peeling off ... Also the main door outside doesn't lock so anyone can go into your block ! The staff are slow to act, I booked a disabled room with accessible bathroom and did not get one. Had to return to front desk multi times and demand one, the language barrier didn't help . In the end I had to show them my prosthetic leg to prove my point !!!!!!!! Theres no fridge in the room which was disappointing! But the area around and outside your room was well themed and clean . In all, save up and go to a nicer Disney Hotel like the Lodge or Newport Bay. Totally expected better from Disney!
