We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for our trip. We loved being so close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and it was so easy to get into Paris. The metro station was very convenient and made exploring the city effortless. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s a simple very well situated property, relatively clean. The staff is very friendly. In my room there was an issue of water evacuation in the sink. The gentleman-receptionist fixed the problem immediately by himself.

Disneyland and Paris

Easy to take the train to Disneyland, near the station and 15 minutes to go there. About 30 minutes to the centre of Paris. Apartment with great beds and a small kitchen. Quite ok for our trip. Restaurants and stores nearby. Ok surroundings. Priceworthy.

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station with a number of restaurants around the corner and a few local shops including a bakery (huge selection and good prices). Its also only a 5 min walk to the local shopping centre with a large carrefour supermarket. The receptionist was very friendly. We had a smaller ground floor, twin room, beds were very comfortable, but we had to ask for an additional towel as there was only one (had to ask again a few hours later as they were waiting for a delivery), we only had one chair for the dining table, there was only one small saucepan and there was no mirror in the bathroom, however there was a full length mirror next to the bathroom door. We were pleasantly surprised that they came in and made our beds daily The room did have a decent sized fridge with a freezer section and a microwave with 2 electric hobs. The hotel is a very good base, especially if visiting disney as its only 15/20 mins by train.

The room was great and modern. But the building on the outside not so much. Also the neighbour didn’t feel save for a solo traveler. But kind staff and big clean room. Would recommend for couples and families.

Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel.

Area is a little shady and not perhaps somewhere you'd walk alone at night. Don't be put off by the communal areas; yes they are a bit basic and tired, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfectly situated for public transport links. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. We would stay again.

Stopped here last night to break up the journey to Calais. Booked last min via hotels.com about an hour before arrival. We were a bit hesitant with what we had booked but it was absolutely fine. In a built up area. Free parking thats well lit with no height barrier. Greeted well by the man on reception who promptly allocated us our card key. Good size rooms and very clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom did smell a bit but no signs of mould. Good air con too. Would recommend for a stop over. Places to eat near by (we had already eaten).

The room was excellent, very clean. However, exterior and corridors really need updating. As we left, the gentleman on the front desk tried to get us to pay for our stay again but we showed our proof of payment. Only when we asked to see the check out form did we point out that he didn’t have the correct form, it belonged to someone else. Very close to station, great access to Disney but surrounding area isn’t as nice and we didn’t feel very safe.

While the hotel itself is clean and well located on the border of the Seine river (I had a river view), I was disappointed to find small ants in the room, and I was on the 5th floor (4e étage)! This made my life miserable. If you left a minute piece of bread or something sweet or foody anywhere in the room, those ants would invade it and so you have to basically always clean all surfaces and hide anything foody in the microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, even when you did this, there were the garbage cans, where you would soon find trails of small ants lining up to feast on your garbage. Your bed is not spared if you leave crumbs of food tin it. I signaled this to the hotel people on my second day of stay out of 5 nights, but nothing was done. I had wanted to renew my stay here for another 5 days, but I had to check out to find another hotel close to the CDG airport, as I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to my room or other rooms as well. Besides this issue, it is actually a nice clean hotel with an RER train station not too far away.

This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another Apparthotel, I was disappointed there were no laundry facilities available on site. We packed light intending to do laundry every few days. There is a laundromat on the commercial street nearby. Most staff spoke English well and were helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. We also took the RER A train into the city to see the sights. There are numerous restsurants nearby. There is also a HUGE mall Val d'Europe one stop east on the train.

Needs improvement

This is our go to hotel for stay before or after Disneyland. Positives - near to the RER station, shopping, restaurants. Negatives - although it was refurbished not long ago - cracks are starting to appear - missing light bulbs, crumbling pieces of wall in the corridors, dirty window curtains and unfortunately dirty floor in the corners of the room and bathroom. Also if you are parking just outside the hotel (advertised as free parking) make sure your ticket is validated by the reception. We had problem leaving car park at 7am - barrier didn't open and it said that we need to pay 62 euro for overnight parking. Receptionist had to find a car park porter/security to open the barrier as no one responded to us pressing the contact button. Which brings me to the hotel staff - as always wonderful and attending.

Lovely place

Staff were friendly, the room was great with lots of space and clean, plenty of facilities nearby for eating and drinking in an evening was perfect for a nights stay before heading to Disney.
