On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited.
