"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. "Room was clean and the staff were super helpful, however the pool has a lot of chlorine that my kids started coughing after just 20 mins of swimming! Very close to disney land and the shuttle is always on the schedule. I had a great stay."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
