"The room was clean, the only problem I had is 24-48 hours in advance I told them our flight was delayed and I paid insurance and they said they could do anything about it. So I missed a whole day and nothing was done to compensate, even tried to just change the dates. But nothing could be done so they said."

"Great location our room was on a quiet side street. Across the street from the subway. Lots of restaurants. Walking Distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Close to Coliseum and Trastevere. Hotel staff, especially the folks in the lobby, were ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and sooo helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast was lovely. Our best meal of the trip was at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which we had decided for our last meal in Rome. Fabulous view, excellent service, and fantastic food/cocktails. Great shower, cold AC, and comfortable bedding too! Would give 6 stars if we could."
