Cari Hotel di Richmond-upon-Thames

"I was late because my flight only arrived in the morning. Even though I have put that in the remark in hotel.com, the front office staff is not aware . It take them close to 15 min to settle this. Hope this can be avoided in the future"

"Good place for transfer and quick stay."

"Plug in sink stuck so wouldn’t drain Shower water only comes out of a few of the holes in the shower head Not enough towels for a family room, sleeps 4 but only 3 towels Location was great and staff very helpful"

"Our room was great, location was awesome. Everyone was so very nice and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Hotel and restaurant was awesome as well, food was very good. I will definitely book this Hotel again on my next visit to London. Great Hotel!!!"

"Great room . Location is good for Kew Gardens a quick bus on Road outside takes you 5 mins walk away ."

"Excellent"

"The stay was comfortable. It would be best if dining discount was given regardless if we would or would not use it."

"Property is okay for the night. The usual pre airport stay, it’s further into the town than the travel lodge where I’ve stayed before. This is a bit more back to basics but clean enough. Very much under the flight path compared to under the road will wake you up at 6am."

"Convenient to access to all the terminal especially terminal T4"

"This hotel was a marvelous and surprising experience. Glorious decor all done with deep red and black everywhere. The lobby is large and bedroom grand. What is even larger was the magnificent gym next door. It is the most spectacular exercise room on this planet. Great work and coffee station next door. The front desk staff all are wonderful and friendly. Loved the restaurant in addition to a beautiful walking town."

"Great pub atmosphere"
