"This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow. "

"The executive rooms are that rare thing, comfy, with everything you need and no hassle. Coffee machine, good mattress calm peaceful room without someone’s dreadful idea of interior design! The tv needed re setting - sky wasn’t working - No problem it’s done! One small glitch, the shower temp mixer needed calibrating but then I like a hot shower so I just got on with it! Will stay again. Love it "
