"Everything was fantastic! Amenities and food were great! Staff was very kind and helpful.
But i feel a bit understaffed from the cleaning department, for example in the restaurants when food from tables fell on the floor, nobody would clean it up throughout my entire stay at that particular restaurant, especially in the Ventanas restaurant"

"The place is amazing. It’s quite a nice place to stay away from it all yet all you need is there or nearby. But what makes it all better is the staff, how clean and well maintained is the place. Keep in mind it’s an ecological place next to a mountain with pools fed by a river from inside the mountains full of what believe all natural’s mineral. Great food and drinks. My wife and I loved the place I would be back soon."

"Barcelo Bávaro Beach Adults Only is a wonderful resort where to spend a nice vacation. The property was well maintained and clean, the rooms were pretty comfortable, and the beach was amazing. Besides the seaweeds that are in season, it was clean and the water was warm and swimmable. The Adults only area is very quiet and very fitting for a leisure time. The Palace restaurants and shops were just a few mins walk away or you can take the trolley. Overall a great resort!"

"You get what you pay for. Our airport pickup included a good 5-8 minute walk with all of our luggage. The apartment itself is decent with enough bedding and items to use in the kitchen. The furniture itself is a little outdated, the couch was pretty dirty and uncomfortable. The pool is not very clean, it has cloudy water and tile with algae. The pool chairs were dirty, not like in the pictures. Full of stains, crumbs and empty beer bottles lying around. There was also no water in the apartment...

"Despite no booking and no hot water, a/c or bathroom light, or any other guests the staff were superb and did everything they could to make us welcome. They even headed to the supermarket to buy what we wanted for breakfast. Will maybe try again when they have more guests. The upside was we had the pool to ourselves."
