They didn't have our Expedia booking.

Despite no booking and no hot water, a/c or bathroom light, or any other guests the staff were superb and did everything they could to make us welcome. They even headed to the supermarket to buy what we wanted for breakfast. Will maybe try again when they have more guests. The upside was we had the pool to ourselves.

The hotel is not that good

When I got to the hotel they didn't have my reservations in the system and the guy in the reception spend almost 35 minutes looking for my reservations and then after 35 minutes waiting they let's me to getting they give the room keys and spend one night there the place is ok the staff are nice but the room is not that good but definitely I don't recommend this hotel to not body......

The place was nice enough but fri what I understand new Owners r taking over so things were a little confusing. Staff was AWSOME just wish they spoke a little more English plus they had had some fooding due to the rain there nothing they can do about that. I would go back. It's is not downtown but it's nicer that way.

Hotel needs to improve in many ways

The hotel has very friendly staff willing to help the guests with anything they need. Everything else needs to improve significantly. The property is old and nothing is in good shape. AC and bathtub drain did not work well. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Towels are old and stained. Food is not very good and not much variety. Beach chairs are old and broken. Billiard is torn. Plants in hallways are dry, dead, ugly.

Service was low average. Amenities were okay, food was standard but in low quantities. Over all we looking at a 2 star hotel in a bad location, with bad service. This is a hotel probably for locals, or a couple that does not want to be disturb . I was not happy with this adventure .

Good food Friendly Staff.

Spend three nights, because of low season there was not much guests, I the surrounding area a lot of hotels and resorts have gone out of business or clossed down, this is the only resort that is open in the area. All the staff were nice and polite. Food was good and fresh. I would go back to this place and would recommend it to people who are looking for budget al inclusive. I find it cheaper to book it online that going to the resort directly to book.

First able the service was worse the food most of the time was salty and uncooked.they are not entertaining. During at night in the bar the beverage was also bad quality not any alcohol for doing. Is the worse place i have never seen before in the pool the water was dirty they never clining up

Nice hotel,clouse to thje beach.

First comm to hotel,first room ,toilet not flashing,they change to second room,air conditioner is not working,they change for room number 3,beds i pay shut be two King side,but they give to me to Queen side beds.. No WI FI in the rooms only in the hotel lobby.,no internet,no telephones in the room.

Quiet hotel

Was very quiet hotel. Not too many people there. Was on the beach which was nice. Hotel was a little old but staff was great. Food was very good. Liquor was average but beer was not good. Worst part about the hotel was that the pool was not kept clean. I enjoyed myself. I paid for a 2 or 3 star hotel and didn't expect a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for excitement do not come here. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest with a great staff and you don't come with high expectations then give it a try. I would return but probably would not recommend. They had free wifi but they have to clean the pool for people to better enjoy.
