Loved the quiet calm beaches Didn't care for the buffet food.....lots of repeats. Noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. Several specialty restaurants were closed. Would not visit again unless these issues were corrected.

Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly. Once we switched rooms things were good. The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palladium. The staff and service were excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the friendly greetings and smiles all day and the easy access to get a drink almost anywhere. We would love to go back again.

We stayed for 12 days. What a wonderful time provided by these outstanding hosts. Lot of people, but the grounds are large and the service is top notch. I'd comeback again. The Signature Level is where it's at.

Came here to celebrate my honeymoon!! This was my first time in Jamaica and we are already planning for another trip back at this hotel. We stood at the Signature Level at Lady Hamilton. Paying a little extra for the signature level was WORTH every penny!! You have access to your own pool, beach, free access to spa amenities, free room service, golf carts to go around the property, lounge and bars!! The staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly! The food was AMAZING!! Drinks were DELICIOUS. The entire resort was very CLEAN!! Lots of activities to do at the resort!! Can’t wait to come back and bring our kids!!

We had a great view from our signature level bungalow room but we weren’t treated like we were signature level. The distance from our room to the resort is extremely far, if you aren’t a person who likes to walk you have to depend on a cart to pick you up. We had an outdoor shower which comes with bugs flying in while you’re showering and geckos running through as well. Our shower head was a lion’s mouth with a garden hose coming through, we were told we had that type of shower head because all of the rooms weren’t updated to the “new school” shower heads. The food here is absolutely disgusting, some pictures will be attached below. At the restaurants they give you a QR code to scan to leave a Google review where I specifically only mentioned the staff that served us because the food doesn’t even require 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. This vacation was the birthday celebration of my mom and aunt and we weren’t able to celebrate them without any issues. We came with a group of 21 people and we knew with such a large group we should make certain reservations prior to our arrival. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to schedule a birthday dinner on the beach but that was to no avail. We did the floating breakfast which was mediocre since there wasn’t even enough food for everyone in our group. Once again we were signature level and expected PREMIUM drinks wherever we went but that was false. Nightlife is trash, please don’t stay at this resort.

Property is really run down. The lobby had water leaking through the ceiling through a light fixture. Tiles are chipped throughout the property. The seating in the restaurants are filthy. Down to 2 toilets in Infinity ladies restroom. We started out in room 3212. The door/frame gapped when closed which is where I'm assuming this huge cockroach came through. It was moving so fast I initially thought it was a mouse. Had us standing on the bed screaming at 2am. We were told with Signature Level if you couldn't make app dinner reservations, the concierge had reservations spots set aside. None in app nor with concierge. So we just walked in to the steak restaurant and one or two tables being used so we were seated right away. Next we asked about the Indian restaurant. Nothing available. We walked right in to a completely empty restaurant. So was the concierge lying? App broken? All of the fun and games with the POP entertainment team during daytime are gone. The Jamaican show: trash. For a whole week we were told the hotel had no ginger to make the drink heart of Jamaica. Weird since I would think it's used in the food. In the Infinity bar area, I asked a waitress for a drink. She walked me to the bar so I could give the guys behind the bar my order and she went back to enjoying the music. Another waitress was dancing with the customers too. Need more Infinity area seats. Another roach in Signature lounge saw us off on last day. 2nd visit this year. Been coming since opened.

L'hébergement a besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Autrement, l'emplacement est très agréable. Quant au service, le personnel aurait besoin d'être plus serviable et réactif aux besoins des clients. Room was great with a beautiful view. Any issues that came up were resolved immediately by very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Lunch and dinner buffets needed more variety, however, the A La Carte restaurants were exceptional. The spa was very peaceful and relaxing and the masseuses were amazing.

If you read any reviews please read mine. Honestly I read all the lowest reviews after i booked this property and was nervous after and wow was i glad we didn't change our booking. First off we are from middle of nowhere western Nebraska so food choices are meat and potatoes and the best Mexican food anywhere. So food and eating in a different country always has its difficulties. We did not starve. If we didn't enjoy the restaurant we hit the buffet and were more than satisfied. We tried several places out of our comfort zone. We don't have indian or Jamaican flare in 200 miles of our house. But we tried it and came away experienced and knowing it was okay just not in our menu options going forward. Lets talk staff...we had the nicest most complementary staff experience. They were nice always asking if we were okay. Dont be a stuck up and say hello and actually treat them as a perdon and not there to wait on you without acknowledgement. Tips go a long way into better service and deep pours on drinks. We didnt pass a single employee ever that did not ask how we were. The only person we had any issue with was a waitress in the sports bar. She was rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. Never helped us no matter how long we waited. Guess what we did....went to the bartender and tipped him well in front of her and he was amazing!! Lastly upgrade when you book to signature level. Room with ocean view was insane! Well worth the extra money if you want to impress the Mrs.
