"I appreciated and enjoyed the integration with nature. The food was delicious and staff exceptional. They ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Beautiful destination to disconnect, recharge and embrace nature! Stunning views and comfortable accommodations."
"The room was clean and the staff very nice and friendly. The hotel is basic and charmless. The AC dripped and there was no safe. We didn't bring beach towels. They charged us a rental fee of $10/day plus a refundable per towel deposit of $15. The towels were just the regular bath towels. This seemed like an overreach for what is usually a standard amenity; almost a scam on foreigners."
"We love the area! It is quiet and very peaceful. The beach and river are amazing! They do need to put some work into the villas as they are very out dated, the patio doors don’t lock properly and the louvered windows are missing glass in some areas. Overall, we had a lovely time!"

"his is an amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of new kingston with superior guest service at every encounter.
Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean. My little one & I enjoy the beautiful pool area with the large lounger day beds. The decor with reggae inspired artwork throughout the hotel is something to talk about. Food is amazing with the most attentive servers...Cecile, Garnett, Tanisha, Kadian namely. Moya & Camille at front desk are great.
I did miss the warm towel and champagne on Arrival which used to be the Spanish Court standard back in the day. Little details like the lack of shower caps & dental kit upon my request was a bit odd seeing it's a luxury hotel. However, my other concerns were quickly addressed & sorted. All in all this hotel gives great value and the GM Imelda is a gem."

"This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. Great location but this place needs a serious overall bottom line. For a big property like this it should have more amenities such as a pool and decent restaurant "
