"This is truly a 5 star resort, from the clean facilities, excellent staff, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, beaches and flowrider to the excellent choices of food. Comfortable room, beautiful ocean view and elevators on every building (so good for wheel chair access). Great night entertainment and top class video game room with about 25 video games including x-box. Great for families or couples. Water slide, kids splash park and all pools are 4 feet or less in depth. I love this resort...

"I am very dissatisfied with my experience, I was there for five days and I saw 10 roaches in the room. They were in the bathroom on the sink and all over the room. I notify the from desk when I saw the first three and no one came to spray the room. Also the bathroom had mold in the shower. The room had a potent smell and I had to spray my perfume to get rid of the smell. I try to make the best of my short stay celebrating my tenth wedding anniversary. Not sure if I will return."

It only got busy on Friday, so I'd recommend staying earlier in the week if you're not a fan of big crowds. The only issue is its not ADA friendly as there is a lot of walking and stairs so mobility devices can be difficult to have there"

"Sago Palm has several benefits on property, like a restaurant/bar, pool, fitness room, parking, and meeting rooms. Some rooms have kitchenettes. Our room rate included breakfast. My only complaint about our specific room was the bright LED lights in the hallway shining through the tinted window near the bed, which made it hard to sleep.
