"My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. "There are things I liked and things I didn’t like. There was no blow dryer and there was no coffee maker. There is a kettle. If you walk off the property and go right there is a small grocery store on the right hand side of the street. You can ask the cashier and they have instant coffee packets behind the counter. "While I was initially a bit apprehensive when arriving at the location, the exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. The hotel itself is older and could use some updates, but the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. "It was a lovely stay overall. The sea view was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property could use a few upgrades, but if you’re not too fussy and are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views, it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely consider coming back."
