Our overall experience was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly throughout. I never had any negative interactions with anyone. They were always able to accommodate my requests, no matter how big they were. The constant use of “my pleasure” by everyone was truly remarkable. Everything we experienced at this hotel was wonderful and top notch!! The friendliest staff...the food was amazing, fresh and local! We had the best experience! They were very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile in whatever we needed! I will always remember the friendly faces of this place and their everlasting spirit even after the devistation of the hurricane, they remain to be the most resilient people and to experience their country and their culture, will always be a blessing that I am grateful to have seen!!
