"I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place."

"The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!! "Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again."
