"The site on expedia said it would be all inclusive 10 days..It was not. In addition, only 2 pools and the weirdest thing, no restaurants!,..just 2 bars for 500+ people!.. I guess nobody eats there. Although the staff was very nice, the grounds outside were super cared for, it was not worth the money. The had to replace the AC units filter during our stay. Room was a little smelly but service did a good job cleaning daily."

"From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony! Wonderful place ill definitely be booking my next stay here also. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation"

"Everyone was so helpful and friendly had buses out front to take us to the parks we really enjoyed our stay and the person who checked us into the hotel was so nice and friendly and she checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good."

"We thought it was an excellent place for the price this summer season. Even though the building is older, it was very clean, had a full size refrigerator and a balcony facing the ocean. The pool was nice as well as the staff!"

"Wonderful hotel, seems newly built; very clean, modern and well kept. Pool and lazy river were AMAZING! Breakfast was really good, lots of options with the buffet. We stayed in a regular room and it didn't have a microwave which was a little inconvenient, but there is one in the lobby. Would stay here again!"

"Daily room maintenance was somewhat not good. Beach charges for umbrellas & lounge chair were way too high for someone staying on property."

"We stayed at the last minute and had a great beach view. We really didn’t have to leave because it’s like a miniature resort in some ways. Very family and pet friendly. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There are indoor pools and play areas and a nice little boardwalk that you can sit and watch the beach from if you don’t want to go down to the beach. And there’s the bar and karaoke area on the beach side as well. They also have a gift shop with some basic items like clothing and gifts...
