"Central location was nice. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. Dealt with when I let them know. Wifi not great. Couldn’t even go out on balcony without losing it. Pool not available during stay - had to go to another hotel. Breakfast food but very expensive - $45 "

"Have been and stayed at the Grace Hotel and it is always our first place of stay in Sydney unless fully booked out. Love the rooms and staff in all the stays we haven't ever had a complaint"

"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"

"The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I would choose this hotel again for the breakfast alone. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the swimming pool came complete with complimentary sun screen. Loved this hotel experience right in the city centre. Do the valet parking if you wish to use your car during your stay, otherwise it's cheaper online (especially for multiple nights) with the Wilson car park adjacent to the hotel but beware this only allows one entry and one exit."
