The room is clean. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to many places: art gallery, high end shoppings and many good restaurants.

Good location, easy access to everything in the city. I had an internal room but it was big enough that I didn't get cabin fever. Breakfast was really nice and the early check in was great.

Loved the friendly welcome and the format of reception with an inbuilt bar. Room was very comfortable - best pillows I’ve had in a long time. The Flinders St view is great as the station is lit up and it feel fun. I didn’t mind the tram noise as it feels very Melbourne.

Fooled by the name “Hilton” booked a room with NO WINDOW! Basic room, clean and practical. Average breakfast, Average Gym, Good location, though it’s chaotic outside the hotel. Reception staff are not friendly and service is not up to the Hilton standard, not at all. Bad internet Wifi connection, which disconnects every 30 minutes.
