"We stayed in a basic double deluxe room on the 4th floor. Although spacious and functional, these rooms are extremely tired and worn out. Amenities are non-existent. Our bathroom sink was missing the middle component so was simply a huge gaping hole (which the hotel had tried to mask but putting a plastic plug in). "The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
