"The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!"

"Friendly atmosphere with good amenities. Rooms are clean and refrigerators are well stocked. Amazing food options and great place for family with kids. They almost got trapped us in Infinity Luxury Travel Club. They offered me some free tour site for free and have me deposit $20 to show up for a breakfast at light house without explaining me how long and what that’s for. I did some research and found it is almost like a scam in the name luxury travel club with hefty fees. "

Just be aware, when booking through Expedia, that you might be booking a run-of-the-mill room (NOT all-inclusive) without being made aware of the change from a all-inclusive booking. Worked well to go to the nearby Chadraui Selecti Supermarket to get groceries and use the suite’s full kitchen. Bonus to have access to the Royal Sands with unbeatable ocean views!!! "
