"Todo súper bien Solo como recomendación en el área abierta hace muchísima falta áreas de sombra y más vegetación, se siente solo como una explanada abierta vacía. El restaurante los corales está perfecto, todo tipo de alimentos y de muy buena calidad, los que requieren de mejor calidad son los restaurantes nocturnos. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien la habitación pulcra, el bar de piano, el boliche, la Paz que transmite el lugar, el personal super amable y atento."

"The resort is beautifully built and the staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend that the butler team to examine the rooms before having guests check in though. We had a situation where the water pressure of the rainforest shower head was weak (yes we were on the top floor but the 4th floor shouldn't have this weak a water pressure) and the other small shower head just would not clamp on to the pole and kept sliding down. It was not a pleasant experience when halfway...

"Great facility. Good size pools. The rooms were spacious . Staff for the most important art were friendly. It was very helpful to have butler service - Alejandro was phenomenal! The food was great at Poseidon for lunch especially the whole fried fish. Drinks were great. Spa was AMAZING. Gorgonzola pizza was the best- I wish it was open longer hours. The only thing that needs major improvement is the app - not always accurate or maybe it’s the POP team. Some of them didn’t know the activities...

"We stayed at the Punta Blanca Beachfront Hotel for 4-nights and had a great time! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ana Pao, Daniel, and Santiago! The included breakfast was delicious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean when we had breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, it was great staying the royal cancun with my family. Food and drink were great and staffs were nice and kind. Vacation club presentation took longer than expected but not too bad. It would be okay to stay there next time."

"The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times...

"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"The hotel is fully staffed, everyone was very friendly and the food was good, the kids’s clubs upstanding, they are all very sweet. The room was a dream. The only big issue was the round pool outside the kids’s club. The pool start shallow but goes till 5’6”deep. I saw my child entering and being fully submerged in the middle just about to drown, I jumped into action in not time to rescue him of course."
