"I was very disappointed with the use of the water kayak and buggie board. They claimed it was free. They wouldn't let anyone use them unless you paid for a sea dew. They would just give me the run around all week."

"I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos."

"Had the all-inclusive and the breakfast buffet was good I went one time for dinner didn't look too pleasing but we did go to the sushi and it took forever to get the food and Service. The swimming pool was good except there were some cracks and when I leaned on one there was little animals inside like ants sort of and bit my shoulder something to look out for lol but the bartenders were always tentative and made good drinks the towel Service was good didn't get food there but it did look good...
