"We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!"

"La habitación estuvo espectacular. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la tina, el botón para hidromasaje no funcionó. Se le notificó a teléfonos y nos mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglarlo. El personal de mantenimiento acudió a arreglarlo pero nunca funcionó.
Lo demás estuvo excelente.
La gente de restaurante excelente.
Joshua de Isla blanca espectacular y muy amable.
Víctor de Poseidon siempre cordial y al pendiente.
Solo tuvimos un problema con el Capitán de Poseidon...

"We had a great time and enjoyed all the food.
We came just to stay the night and relax before our flight but it was nice spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in experience is top tier.
One thing to note is that there’s not much entertainment. If you’re looking for that you’ll need to do tours. I think a game room or similar would’ve been nice.
Todo fue excelente, excepto en el restaurante Azul, donde el mesero trataba muy bien a los turistas, pero a nosotros, que hablábamos...
