"The hotel is great and stratigically located. I had an incredible view of the opera house and bridge from my room. The staff is very attentive. Awesome service at the spa. The inly negative would be the pool and whirldpool area. They only have a out 10 lounge chairs so its difficult to find a spot. The whole area is very small and unappealing for a hotel like this. Not to mention that there were like 15 childrend running, jumping and screaming around. Felt more like one of those all inclusive...

"Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room could have done with some USB portals (there were phone chargers attached to the room's telephone but didn't work to charge my android.)
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Buffet breakfast with a gorgeous view was a great way to start the day."

"It is conveniently located near the Light rail and train station. The staff were helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant. The bed is so comfy to sleep in. Although breakfast is order in, there are plenty of foods nearby that is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
