"Third time staying with Jensen Potts Point. My first stay was when it was fairly new. This stay I could notice some wear ‘n’ tear. Little things that didn’t bother me. The staff was nice and polite. The location is excellent. A lot of food choices, and a grocery store close by too! Few minutes walk you’ll find the train station, more places to eat and drink. If I ever make it back I’ll will stay with Jensen again!"

"The view from the property was amazing. It has access to the water front and nice backyard. The parking was a bit unsuitable if you have a big car. I would recommend them to provide clean towels as we found them dirty. Overall, it was a good place to stay."

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast.
In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time.
Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
