Great appartment, very nice people, perfect place for our going to lessons at pointe faula. Wifi a bit slow in the room. Would definitely go there again.

Badly situated

The beach is not made to swim or for families, only good for kite surfing. Lots of sargasses weeds along this coast. The path to access the property is really bumpy and in bad condition . Fortunately, the residence is on Google map so not too difficult to find even though there is some road work in the middle of the village that prevent access from the main road. The staff is nice and helpful, but being there in June (low season) everything else is closed: the restaurant of the residence, the play structures for the kids and also most of the restaurants and markets in Le Vauclin ..even with very few tourists there, the wifi was really slow and the accommodation really really small. Thankfully, there was A/C.

There were a number of elements that was not according to what the place promised on the home page: - there was no restaurants or snack bars at the place (you cannot call it a hotel).They had been closed for a very long time and you had to drive to the nearest town. - there was no functional wifi connection. - there was no smoke detector. You could see where it had ones been installed though. The place is all in all rather run down. None of the staff speaks English and no written information is available in English.

beau sejour

excellent emplacement, la piscine est super conviviale,. les lits sont malheureusement tres inconfortables. le bar devrait ouvrir un peu plus tot et avoir des breuvages pour les enfants puisque le village de la pointe est familiale.

Lieu idyllique

Nous étions 2 dans un cottage pour 4/5 personnes, donc très au large… le cottage bien équipé, dans la palmeraie donc sans vis-à-vis, avec le personnel très accueillant et attentif à faire plaisir. Grande qualité des espaces extérieurs Petite ombre au tableau: le brouhaha tout le dimanche au bord de la piscine (beaucoup d'alcool et de décibels)

Wunderschöne Anlage OHNE Alles im Osten der Lage!

Diese Anlage ist wunderbar in einem großen Palmenhain in Strandnähe gelegen. Der Service am Empfang ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings wartet man bei kurzen Öffnungszeiten immer sehr, sehr lange. Somusste ich bei Anreise und am Folgetag drei Mal in der Warteschlange stehen ehe ich ein funktionierendes WIFI Passwort erhielt. Allerdings nutzt dies wenig. Das WLan auf dem Zimmer/Terrasse/Parkplatz war einfach zu schwach. Der WLan Anschluß vor der Bar, mit gesondertem Passwort, funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch der Service an der Bar war sehr freundlich. Allerdings öffnet diese erst gegen 17 Uhr. Es gibt kein Bistro für Kaffee, Frühstück, Imbiss. Es gibt keinen Shop. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Vauclin, ca. 2km, zu finden. Ohne PKW ist die Anlage nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ein Willkommenspaket Flasche Wasser und Wein, Kaffee und Tee, Milch wäre in dieser „Abgeschiedenheit“ bei Anreise sicherlich erfreulich. Bei Ankunft vor 17h gibt es NICHTS... Die zwei Pools sind sehr ansprechend und sauber.

L'accueille est vraiment tres bien, nous avons était très reçu. La chambre avec vue mer très bien. On nous demande l'état des lieux a notre arrivé, ce que nous avons fait avec mon époux. L'établissement était calme , donc très agréables. Le moins que l'on a trouvé avec mon époux ces le petit déjeuner le matin. Je sais qu'ils ne le proposent pas, nous pensons que ces une erreur, car les gents qui arrivent le soir non pas le temps de faire les courses. Ils devrais y avoir en plus au wassaï de quoi déjeuné le matin pour ce qui veulent. Moyennant finance biensur.Ils ont un très beau volume qui ne fonctionne que le soir. C'est dommage car nous pensons que ca pourrais marcher. A par ça, nous recommandons cette hôtel pour la qualités du service et lendroit est très agréable. Attention toutefois au cable qui reste apparent.

Un désastre

Arrivée à 23 h , à cause d’un retard d’avion nous avons marché et cherché notre cottage pendant 45 min.Accompagné de ma compagne en béquille et mes eux enfants en bas âge nous avons parcouru toutes les les allées pour trouver un cottage non répertorié, non numéroté.il y a des chiens abandonnés menaçants qui vous aboient dessus lorsque vous remontez les allées pour chercher votre chambre. L’électroménager était dans état de rouille avancé (Voir frigo ch 14).la cabine de douche était hors service complètement dégradée. Le soir vous n’avez que pour aide un interlocuteur qui n’est pas sur place et qui est incompétent à résoudre votre problème puisqu’il vous dit qu’il est 4h en France et qu’il ne peut pas vous aider.Nous avons expliqué notre désagrément à la réception dès le lendemain qui s’est contenté de nous faire de timides excuses. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce lieu qui ne nous a rien apporté appart de l’agacement et de l’énervement avec une compagne en béquille et deux enfants en bas âges en train de faire le jeux du labyrinthe à minuit pour trouver une chambre où dormir .
