We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and there was always something fun to do. My kids and I had a blast- there were great activities during the day and a different show every night that kept us entertained. The staff was great very helpful, however I felt at times particularly after check in they where not very accommodating to our needs after traveling all night and our kids were very tired and falling asleep while they where trying to make a sale and trying to get us to join some sort of time share crap. The staff after that was great. I would definitely recommend and go back any time.

I liked how they have lots of kid activities it’s great for family fun especially the beach calm ,beautiful just great for kids of all ages. Disliked all restaurants it’s a big lie you can reserve and eat in them the only two restaurants you can eat from are the buffet ones which are Hacienda which food was horrible and Palms which i would rate 5 out of 10 all others will have a surcharge which is ridiculous price for an all-inclusive Hotel
