The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management.
I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me.
I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests.
I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.
